Smartsheet Workshop: Work Smarter, Not Harder

Before each live online session, Tech Training will provide a Zoom link for live online classes, along with any required class materials.

Effective immediately in response to COVID-19, most Technology Training classes will be delivered online until further notice.

In advance of each session, Tech Training will provide you with a Zoom link to your class, along with any required class materials.



 

This workshop is intended to provide hands-on experience with creating and managing Smartsheets, including working with workflows, reports, and dashboards. Part of the class will be dedicated to working on your individual projects.

 

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of creating Smartsheets

 

Topics covered in this workshop include:

  • Creating and managing automated workflows
  • Sending reminders
  • Creating a report
  • Sending weekly email reports
  • Sharing information on a dashboard

 

Part of the workshop will be dedicated to working on your Smartsheet projects. Bring your questions about your current workflows, and a Smartsheet expert will be on hand to help you.

 



University IT Technology Training classes are only available to Stanford University staff, faculty, students and Stanford Hospitals & Clinics employees. A valid SUNet ID is needed in order to enroll in a class.
