This session is designed to help you navigate working and collaborating with others in a remote environment including being productive, effectively managing priorities, sharing information with others, and staying motivated while keeping stress in check.

This session touches on both the practical/operational side of your work and on the people/emotional side. You will be equipped with unique skills based on our extensive research in the areas of productivity and collaboration, and also in the areas of mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
