Developing Smartsheet Reports to Better Monitor & Control Your Projects

In advance of each session, Tech Training will send you a Zoom link to your class and any required class materials.

This session will cover the creation and best practices of applying the Smartsheet Report tool, which can be a great asset when managing numerous sheets and extensive information.

Monitoring and controlling project work involves tracking actual project performance and comparing it with the planned project management activities. Reports are the key tool for accurately tracking, reviewing, adjusting, communicating, or sharing the project's performance.
