Developing Smartsheet Reports to Better Monitor & Control Your Projects

New session times will be displayed below upon confirmation.

Effective immediately in response to COVID-19, most Technology Training classes will be delivered online until further notice.

In advance of each session, Tech Training will provide you with a Zoom link to your class, along with any required class materials.

This session will cover the creation and best practices of applying the Smartsheet Report tool which can be a great asset when managing numerous sheets and extensive information.

Monitoring and controlling project work involves tracking actual project performance and comparing it with the planned project management activities. Reports are the key tool for accurately tracking, reviewing, adjusting and communicating or sharing the project's performance.

In this session, we will discuss how to develop and create regular, concise, and informative reports to ensure the project remains on track, and on budget throughout its duration.

Topics include:

  • Working with Sheet Summaries
  • Creating and editing Row Reports
  • Creating and editing Sheet Summary Reports
  • Adding a report to a dashboard

A sample project will be presented for demonstration of concepts.
