Agile: Scrum in a Nutshell

Scrum is the most popular Agile framework. This interactive session provides an overview of the concepts underpinning Scrum as well as an overview of the values, roles, events and artifacts which make up the Scrum framework.
Prerequisites: None
Goal/Learning Objectives:
- Define Empiricism in the context of Scrum
- Understand how the prescribed elements of Scrum fit together
