7 Steps for Creating a Project Plan for Success (Skill Booster)

Effective immediately in response to COVID-19, all Technology Training classes will be delivered online until further notice.

In advance of each session, Tech Training will provide you with a Zoom link to your class, along with any required class materials.

This 90-minute session will introduce you to seven key steps to ensure that your projects will be well-planned and ready to be delivered on time and within budget.

Abstract
Delivering projects on time and within budget never happens arbitrarily. It requires and demands expert judgment and planning skills. How well a project is planned is a key determinant in the success or failure of any given project. Simply put project planning provides the blueprint for project success.

We will examine the strategic and tactical decisions that a project manager must make in order to plan for success.

A sample project will be presented for demonstration of concepts.
