Outlook for Windows
- Click the calendar icon in the navigation pane.
- Select the calendar you want to hide.
- On the Home tab, in the Share group, click Calendar Permissions.
- Click the Permissions tab and select Default.
- In the Permissions section set the permission for Read to None.
- Click OK to save your changes.
Outlook for Mac
- At the bottom of the navigation pane, click Calendar.
- Select the calendar you want to hide.
- On the Home tab, click Sharing Permissions.
- Click the Permissions tab and in the list of names select Default.
- Set the Permission Level for Read to None.
- Click OK to save your changes
