Stanford Mobile Approvals App Now Features Invoice Holds and Card Requests

The Stanford Mobile Approvals app keeps expanding, and its latest update adds two more approval types. Authorized approvers can now release departmental invoice holds, review Stanford Purchasing Card (PCard) and Travel Card (TCard) application approvals, and process card profile changes from a Stanford-compliant iOS or Android device. It's a convenient mobile alternative to the Oracle Financials web interface (OFWeb).

What's in the app?

New in the mobile app:
- Invoice Holds: Review and release departmental holds on Accounts Payable invoices of $10,000 or greater.
- Card Requests: Review new applications for PCards and TCards, as well as card profile changes (credit limits, verifiers, custodians (for PCards only), and guarantee PTAEs).
Already in the mobile app:
- Requisitions: Review and approve iProcurement purchase requisitions (Amazon Business, SmartMart Catalog Suppliers, SmartMart Contracts, and Non-Catalog requests).
- PO PTA Change: Approve PTA change requests initiated in the Requisition and Purchase Orders Query tool.
- PCard: Review and authorize PCard purchases.
- Expense Requests: Process Expense Request System (ERS) transactions, advances, and reimbursements.

Get started

Existing users: Update to the latest version of the app to see the new tiles for Card Requests and Invoice Holds. Based on your financial transaction approval authority, you will see transactions to approve for requests routed to you.
New users: To get started, download and install the "Stanford Approvals" mobile app on your Stanford-compliant iOS or Android device.
