New MyDevices Experience Available Jan. 13, 2023

Managing your devices at Stanford is about to get easier. Starting Jan. 13, 2023, you can access the newly redesigned MyDevices application when visiting mydevices.stanford.edu.

As part of the upgrade, the application might be unavailable between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2023. After the upgrade is complete, the new homepage will appear when you visit mydevices.stanford.edu.

What will the change mean for you?

First and foremost, expect a significant improvement in the overall responsiveness of the app. 

Additionally, you'll find upgraded functionality, including:

• New filtering options
• Redesigned view where you can see the device status at a glance
• Consolidated Actions button for easier navigation
• Enhanced search options for administrators

Even with these improvements, you will still have access to all the same information, features, and functionality as before.
