I don’t have time to add captions to my video. What should I do?

You know it’s important to maximize the value of the videos you share by delivering content that can be accessed by all. But what if you don't have the time to add captions or audio descriptions yourself?

Stanford’s Office of Digital Accessibility has established Master Service Agreements with three vendors for providing quality captioning and audio description services at reduced rates, saving you time and money. These agreements enable Stanford creators to use the following vendors at a discounted price:

• 3Play Media
• Cielo24
• Verbit.ai

While these are the recommended vendors, you’re not limited to them and may select other captioning and audio description options to meet local or technical needs.
