What do you need to do?
If you are new to using the university’s ServiceNow platform, check out the Get Started section on our ServiceNow UIT service page for quick access to knowledge articles and training resources for fulfillers, or someone who works on tickets.
If you are already a pro, continue using ServiceNow as you do today. Submit and vote on ideas in the new Idea portal, and visit our ServiceNow UIT service page for up-to-date priorities and release notes.
