FY25 Service Rate Changes Announced

Beginning Sept. 1, 2024, rates for several technology services provided by University IT (UIT) will increase by an average of 3% to 5%. To view the proposed rates by service, refer to the FY25 rate change page.  

Why are rates changing?

In keeping with the university’s salary program, FY25 rate changes will fall within a similar range. Many more factors influence rate adjustments, including:

• Advances in technology
• Demand for and use of our services
• Licensing and software subscription fees
• Operational service quality improvements
• Continued inflationary pressures impacting service delivery costs
