Approve Expense Requests on the Go

On April 6, 2026, the Stanford Mobile Approvals app expanded to include Expense Request System (ERS) transactions. Now, users with ERS approval authority can review and approve expense requests from their Stanford-compliant iOS or Android devices as an alternative to Oracle Financials (OFWeb).

What you need to know

• If you already use the Stanford Mobile Approvals app, update to the latest version and look for the new Expense Requests tile (visible to users with ERS approval authority).
• If you approve expense requests and don’t have the app, install Stanford Mobile Approvals on your Stanford-compliant iOS or Android device.
• In addition to the mobile option, enhancements were made to the ERS user experience overall. Read the announcement from Financial Management Services (FMS) on the Fingate website to learn more
