Description

Customized 1:1 training sessions, where you pick the learning objectives.

Training via online webinar, Lynda.com videos, or online technical books.

Hands-on or lecture classes provided quarterly on a variety of applications.

On-demand hands-on or lecture classes for your group, based on Tech Training classes.

When appropriate to take

When assistance is needed on demand, specific to the learner’s objectives.

User needs training on demand to fit into their busy work schedule. User is unable to get away from the office for an extended period of time.

User needs essential overview of application, interested in a new topic with peers, or learning a piece of software for the first time.

When a group of five or more people require specific training tailored to objectives.  Learners can then become their internal departmental “experts”.
