Jessica Chen is an Emmy Award winner, author, speaker, and CEO of Soulcast Media, a business communication company. Her courses have reached more than two million learners, and her executive presence course was ranked the #1 most-watched by global business leaders. She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and CNBC.

Before Soulcast Media, Jessica was a broadcast television journalist for ABC and NBC. Her book, Smart, Not Loud, was named a Next Big Idea Club Must Read, and she teaches at Columbia University.
