Alisa Kliuchnikava

Alisa Kliuchnikava is a Senior Automation Engineer and No-Code Trainer with more than eight years of experience in process automation and modern digital tools. She works with platforms such as Notion, Make, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and more, supporting both enterprises and high-growth startups in building scalable digital systems.

Alongside her technical work, Alisa teaches and leads workshops for business teams and developers, focusing on hands-on education that builds practical skills and gives participants the confidence to use No-Code tools in their daily work. She holds a degree in Business IT and serves as a guest lecturer at a University of Technology, where she teaches a workshop on Robotic Process Automation. She currently leads her No-Code consulting company, Alaska Hub, where she combines implementation, training and system design for organizations across different industries.
