Stop Clicking, Start Delegating: Build AI Agents in Make.com That Do the Work

This workshop introduces AI Agents in Make.com through hands-on exercises. Participants will first explore automation fundamentals, including triggers, modules, and data mapping, then work on building their own AI Agents that can process unstructured input, extract information from documents, make smart decisions, and take different actions based on context.

Throughout the workshop, participants will explore when to use traditional automation versus AI Agents, and have the opportunity to work on examples they can adapt for their own projects.
 

Learners will have the opportunity to:
- Explore building automations in Make.com that connect apps and trigger actions automatically
- Examine the differences between rule-based automation and AI Agent decision-making
- Practice creating AI Agents that interpret requests and execute appropriate actions
- Experiment with testing and refining agent prompts for accuracy and reliability
- Explore configuring tools that agents can access and select based on context
