Make.com is a visual automation platform that connects apps and builds workflows without code. With the addition of AI Agents, users can create intelligent automations that interpret goals, make decisions, and adapt to context, moving beyond fixed rules.
- Program Description
This workshop introduces AI Agents in Make.com through hands-on exercises. Participants will first explore automation fundamentals, including triggers, modules, and data mapping, then work on building their own AI Agents that can process unstructured input, extract information from documents, make smart decisions, and take different actions based on context.
Throughout the workshop, participants will explore when to use traditional automation versus AI Agents, and have the opportunity to work on examples they can adapt for their own projects.

- Explore building automations in Make.com that connect apps and trigger actions automatically
- Examine the differences between rule-based automation and AI Agent decision-making
- Practice creating AI Agents that interpret requests and execute appropriate actions

Prerequisites: No coding experience required. Participants should have a Make.com account set up prior to the session and basic familiarity with AI chat tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
