Explore how Gemini's image and file upload capabilities transform visual problem solving. Practice uploading photos of physical problems to generate step-by-step guides, schematics, and repair instructions.

Program Description

Describing a complex technical problem in words is often harder than just showing it. This session explores how Gemini's multimodal capabilities allow users to upload photos, diagrams, and documents to receive contextually accurate guidance. Participants practice submitting images of equipment, hand-drawn diagrams, and technical sketches to generate repair guides, schematics, and troubleshooting steps.

Learning Objectives

Learners will have the opportunity to:
1. Explore how Gemini's multimodal vision processes images and documents for problem solving
2. Practice uploading photos of real-world problems to generate AI-assisted guidance
3. Work with Gemini to interpret hand-drawn diagrams and produce structured repair or process steps
4. Experiment with combining image and text inputs for more precise and contextual responses
5. Identify situations in your work where visual input improves AI-assisted problem solving

Topic Outline

Topics:
- How Gemini's multimodal vision works
- Uploading images, diagrams, and documents for problem solving
- Prompting with visual inputs for repair guides and schematics
- Combining image and text prompts for complex scenarios
- Use cases in field work, engineering, and technical support
