Before each live online session, Tech Training will provide a Zoom link for live online classes, along with any required class materials.

Explore how AI transforms document collections into fully formatted,
editable PowerPoint presentations. Practice generating slide decks from
product specs, research findings, and client feedback.

Program Description

Building a polished presentation from raw research materials is
time-consuming work that AI can dramatically accelerate. This session
explores how to use AI slide generation tools to take collections of
documents, product specs, and client feedback and produce fully
formatted, editable PowerPoint decks ready for review and delivery.
Participants practice generating, evaluating, and refining AI-produced
presentations.

Learning Objectives

Learners will have the opportunity to:
1. Explore how AI slide generation tools process document collections
into structured presentations
2. Practice providing source materials including research documents,
specs, and feedback for deck generation
3. Work with generated slide decks to evaluate structure, narrative
flow, and visual layout
4. Experiment with refining and customizing AI-generated presentations
for specific audiences
5. Build a presentation generation workflow for a recurring
communication need in your work
