PowerPoint Essentials: Creating Professional and Engaging Presentations

Before each live online session, Tech Training will provide a Zoom link for live online classes, along with any required class materials.

This course teaches how to create professional PowerPoint presentations. Learn to navigate the interface, format slides, apply design principles, use images, animations, and transitions, and master slide masters for consistency in your presentations.

The course will cover the following topics:

- Navigate the PowerPoint interface and understand key features.
- Create, organize, and format slides using various layouts.
- Apply themes, colors, and fonts to enhance design consistency.
- Utilize slide masters for professional and consistent formatting.
- Insert and manipulate images, shapes, icons, and SmartArt.
- Add basic animations and transitions for engaging presentations.
- Organize and prepare a presentation for delivery.
- Use presentation tools like Presenter View and Slide Show mode effectively.

- Basic computer skills (mouse and keyboard proficiency).
- Familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems.
- No prior experience with PowerPoint is required.
