Want to learn about product photography? Want to expand your skills and discover more about the details, composition, and lighting in a photograph? This course will help you learn how to take professional-looking product photos with your phone camera.
In this training session, participants will learn the fundamentals of product photography, including camera settings, lighting, and composition, while using their hand-held mobile devices. The course is designed for beginners who are interested in improving their photography skills and creating high-quality images of their products for use in documentation or marketing materials.
Topics Include:
- Introduction to Product Photography: Understanding the basics of product photography, types of products, and the role of product photography in documentation and marketing.
- Equipment: Overview of essential equipment, including tripods, modifiers, backgrounds, and lighting equipment.
- Camera Settings: Understanding the different camera settings that phone cameras offer and how to utilize them.
- Lighting Techniques: Introduction to different lighting setups, including natural light, studio lights, and DIY lighting setups.
- Composition: Understanding the principles of composition and how to apply them to product photography, including framing, angle, and background selection.
- Post-Processing: Overview of basic post-processing techniques for product photography, including color correction, sharpening, and resizing all in Adobe Photoshop.
- Practical Sessions: Participants will have the opportunity to practice their new skills during practical sessions with guidance from the trainer.
