Class Description

This session is for email users who want to learn new and innovative techniques to better manage and organize their inbox, as well as developing email etiquette to help make email communication and collaboration efficient and effective.

Abstract:

Topics in this session include practical email techniques and best practices for writing clear emails to help learners get the results they need from their email communication.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will gain a better understanding of:

  • How to organize the e-mail inbox for easy handling
  • How to track unfinished messages
  • How to organize messages
  • The best practices and email etiquette for efficient email communication
