Explore techniques for transforming dense data and complex ideas into visual narratives that communicate clearly. Practice using AI tools to structure and present information for diverse audiences.
- Program Description
Communicating complexity clearly is one of the most valuable
professional skills. This session explores how to use AI tools to
transform dense data, technical content, and layered information into
visual narratives that different audiences can quickly understand and
act on. Participants practice structuring information, selecting visual
formats, and using AI to generate and refine communication outputs.- Learning Objectives
Learners will have the opportunity to:
1. Explore how AI tools support the transformation of complex
information into clear visual formats
2. Practice analyzing source material to identify the key narrative
and most important data points
3. Work with AI to structure and sequence information for clarity and
audience impact
4. Experiment with different visual formats including charts,
diagrams, and structured summaries
5. Apply visual narrative techniques to a communication challenge from
your own work- Topic Outline
Topics:
1. Principles of visual narrative and information design
1. Analyzing source material for key messages and data
3. AI tools for structuring and visualizing complex information
