This workshop introduces participants to Cowork's project management features and how they can support planning, tracking, and coordinating multi-step work. Attendees practice setting up a project, building a task list, and organizing related files and context.

The session benefits anyone currently juggling project tracking across multiple tools who wants to explore consolidating some of that work within Claude.
