Explore how AI-powered mind mapping transforms document collections into visual connection maps using tools like Whimsical AI. Practice generating interactive diagrams from meeting transcripts, project files, and research materials.

Program Description

When complex projects span dozens of documents, meetings, and stakeholders, it can be difficult to see the whole picture. This session focuses on using AI mind mapping tools to visualize relationships, dependencies, and key themes across large document sets. Participants will use Whimsical AI to generate and refine interactive maps that help identify risks, gaps, and opportunities before they escalate.

Learning Objectives

Learners will have the opportunity to:
1. Explore how AI mind mapping tools generate visual diagrams from document collections
2. Practice uploading project documents and meeting transcripts into Whimsical AI to produce interactive maps
3. Work with generated maps to identify dependencies, decision points, and stakeholder connections
4. Experiment with using mind maps to orient teams and communicate complexity to leadership
5. Apply mind mapping techniques to a real project or document set from their own work

Topic Outline

Topics:
- How AI mind mapping tools process and visualize document content
- Uploading and organizing source documents for map generation in Whimsical AI
- Navigating and interpreting AI-generated mind maps
- Identifying risks, gaps, and relationships in complex projects
- Presenting visual summaries to teams and stakeholders

Tool used: Whimsical AI
