Build Claude Skills and Projects: Save Time, Stay Organized

This workshop introduces two of Claude's most useful organizational tools: Skills and Projects. Participants explore how Skills let Claude reuse instructions, templates, and workflows across tasks without repeating setup each time, and how Projects group related files, conversations, and context so ongoing work stays organized.

Through hands-on practice, attendees experiment with building a simple custom Skill and setting up a Project tailored to their own recurring tasks. The session works well for anyone juggling repetitive documents, templates, or multi-step processes who wants a more organized way to work with Claude.
