Participants will explore how to structure messages for clarity, improve tone and connection, and reduce time spent drafting and responding to emails.

The session emphasizes real-world application. Through interactive examples, participants will explore how AI tools can support everyday communication tasks such as summarizing complex emails, drafting responses, brainstorming ideas, and refining tone. The goal is not to replace human thinking, but to enhance it by saving time and improving focus.

Participants will leave with simple, actionable techniques they can apply immediately to write more effective emails, respond with greater confidence, and use the Stanford AI Playground or other free AI tools thoughtfully in their daily work.
