Adobe Acrobat Pro is the authority application for creating, modifying, and securing PDF documents allowing for more effective and efficient formatting, editing, collaboration, and commenting of your PDF documents.

Topics covered in this session include:

  • How to navigate the Acrobat interface

  • How to customize the Acrobat workspace for easier and more personalized navigation

  • How to create secure PDFs from Office programs 

  • How to combine various files and formats into PDFs

  • How to edit PDFs, format text, add hyperlinks, add/edit headers and footer

  • How to organize your documents including pagination, cropping, moving, deleting, etc.

  • How to convert scanned documents to editable and searchable text and images 

  • How to use the various commenting and feedback tools that Acrobat offers, such as highlighting, redacting, stamps, shapes and more

  • How to create an interactive form with drop down menus, date pickers, and interactive buttons

  • How to make our PDFs more accessible, providing an equal experience to all users
