In an environment where professionals are asked to do more with limited time, constant demands, and growing complexity, this workshop offers a practical approach to working with greater clarity, effectiveness, and ease.

It combines proven productivity practices with thoughtful use of AI to help participants reduce overwhelm, strengthen focus and prioritization, and manage their work more effectively -- individually and collaboratively.

Participants can discover how to navigate competing priorities, structure complex work, and build simple workflows that support follow-through rather than stress.

A key element of the session includes a live demonstration of “vibe writing”, a practical way of working with AI in a fluid, back-and-forth process to think, draft, and refine ideas in real time. Rather than writing in isolation, participants will see how this conversational approach can support clarity, reduce friction, and accelerate meaningful progress.

Throughout, participants explore how AI can assist with planning, sense-making, drafting, and reflection, helping reduce cognitive load while maintaining clarity and intention.
