This workshop covers how Notion AI reduces busywork. Participants use AI Agents to create tracking systems, extract structured data from documents, generate formulas from plain language, and clean messy data quickly.
- Program Description
Note: One month of access to Notion AI will be session participants.
Notion is a flexible workspace platform for organizing projects, research, finances, and collaborative work in a single tool. Notion AI builds on this by making everyday work faster and easier, particularly when setting up new systems or working with large amounts of information.
This workshop focuses on how Notion AI accelerates common productivity tasks. Participants will use AI Agents to quickly create practical tracking systems, extract structured data from invoices and documents, generate formulas using natural language, and clean up inconsistent data with far less manual effort. Participants will also explore how Notion Automations can be used to trigger updates, keep data in sync, and reduce repetitive work across databases.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have a chance to explore how to use Notion AI and Automations to reduce setup time, minimize busywork, and move through their workflows more efficiently.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Build integrated systems and write formulas using AI Agent.
- Automatically extract and upload structured data from documents and images using Notion AI.
- Use Notion Automations and buttons to trigger updates, maintain data consistency, and reduce manual work.
- Notion integrates with external tools like Google Calendar and Gmail
