Stanford's ServiceNow platform was upgraded to the latest version, Zurich, to optimize technical functionality and meet compliance standards. By running the latest version, we’ll continue to ensure that we provide the Stanford community with the best support possible.

As this is a technical upgrade, it should not impact the look or feel of the platform. However, if you experience any issues after the upgrade, we are here to support you. For general questions about ServiceNow or the upgrade, please submit a Help request.
