More than 240 Stanford Redwood City (SRWC) staff working in Cardinal, University, and Academy Halls provided feedback last month about their experience using AV-equipped conference rooms on the new campus. The feedback is helping University IT make improvements to the year-long SRWC conference room support pilot program that launched in early September.
Improving your AV experience
The conference room support pilot was designed to improve your AV experience at SRWC by ensuring reliable equipment and responsive support.
The survey provided valuable benchmark data that the SRWC conference room support team will incorporate over the course of the pilot.

The lucky survey drawing winner was Sarah Townsend, senior systems and security engineer for Land, Buildings, and Real Estate. Earlier this month, the team presented her with a $25 Amazon gift card.
The team plans to send another survey mid-year to understand what’s working well and where there might be opportunities for improvement.
Stay tuned for more chances to provide feedback and enter another drawing.
