ServiceNow Upgrade to ‘Rome’
On April 2, University IT upgraded ServiceNow to the latest version, Rome, to optimize technical functionality and meet compliance standards. By running the latest version, we’ll continue to ensure that we are providing the Stanford community with the best support possible.
This was a technical upgrade and did not impact the look or feel of the platform. However, if you have questions about the change or experience any issues, please submit a Help request. For more information about this upgrade and previous changes, view the ServiceNow release notes.
