This Friday evening, March 3, University IT (UIT) will complete the first phase of upgrading ServiceNow to a newer version, Tokyo. This set of updates will be mostly technical and will not affect the overall look or feel of the platform.
During the upgrade, ServiceNow will remain available. However, system responsiveness might be slower than usual. The update is planned to take place between 6 and 8 p.m. PT Friday.
These March updates will help pave the way for a future upgrade to the full new Tokyo interface. We will publish more details and documentation about the next significant update when details are set.
