We want to give you a heads-up that we’ll be conducting planned maintenance on the Mailman mailing list service tool to enhance its security and maintainability with a significant infrastructure and software version upgrade. This is part of our efforts to renew and extend the current service.
The work will take place Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 9 a.m. PST to noon. During this time, emails to the mailing lists will be queued, and delivery will be delayed until the service is restored. The Mailman service may also become temporarily unavailable, particularly between 9 and 10 a.m. PST.
We ask for your patience and understanding as we improve the service.
Once Mailman is back up and running, there should be no perceptible changes to its features, functionality, or interface. Any queued emails will start flowing, and you can continue to use the tool as you do today.
