ITIL Foundation Certification Training (3-Day class)
This training course towards ITIL certification covers the latest version of core ITIL best practices presented from a lifecycle perspective. The course introduces the principles and core elements of IT service management based on ITIL 2011 edition.
In this exciting and dynamic course, you will get an introduction to the lifecycle of managing IT services to facilitate business change, transformation, and growth. Using an engaging case study, you'll learn the core disciplines of ITIL best practices.
