iOS Enrollment

Before you begin

  • If you have questions or need help, please call the UIT Service Desk at 650-725-4357 (5-HELP)  or submit a Help request.
  • Check that your device is running a supported operating system by visiting
  • It’s recommended that your device be connected to a Wi-Fi network during enrollment and have at least 15% better life.

Install new management profile

You must complete these steps using the iOS device you want to enroll.

  1. From the Home screen go to Safari
  2. Navigate to
  3. Enter your SUNet ID and password and click Login
  4. Select Continue, then Allow, then Close
  5. Open the Settings app
  6. Tap Profile Downloaded
  7. Tap Install
  8. Enter your device passcode
  9. Tap Install twice, then Trust
