Lenel training is offered once per month. All existing Lenel users receive a notification via email when the next training will be conducted from a Lenel administrator.
Before signing up for Lenel training please have your department contact submit a Lenel Account request form with name, SUNet ID, phone number, PTA and the name of the person the account should model in addition to enrollment. Access to the system incurs a monthly workstation interface cost, this can be found on the Video, Access Control, and Card Services rates page.
If you already have a Lenel account, and would like to enroll in the next available training, please submit a help ticket.
