Will my voicemail still be forwarded to my email when we move to the new system?
If you currently forward your voicemail to email, this option will be set up automatically by University IT when you move to the new Cisco Unity voicemail system on Oct. 2. You do not need to do anything to continue to forward voicemail to email in the new system, as long as you set up forwarding before Oct. 2.
