Qualtrics Maintenance: Scheduled Outage Starting May 17
Qualtrics accounts using the Stanford University brand (stanforduniversity) will be down from May 17 to 22 due to a planned migration. This process is to transition Stanford Qualtrics data to a new data center and ensure our data remains safe and secure.
Note: Certain workgroups and units fall under different branding accounts and will not be impacted by this maintenance. Not sure which account you use? Don’t worry, the admins of affected workgroups will be contacted directly via email about the maintenance.
During this downtime, users will not be able to access Qualtrics.
What to expect
Here’s what to expect during the outage:
- Users will not be able to create new surveys
- Existing surveys cannot be modified
- Scheduled surveys and email distributions will be delayed during the migration process
Please note: While many features will be briefly unavailable, external users/consumers will still be able to respond to surveys already distributed. All survey responses will still be collected.
