Certificates as Workgroup Administrators

In order to operate on workgroups via the RESTful web service API, the x509 certificate used for authentication needs to be added as a workgroup administrator by someone who is already on the administrators list:

1. Navigate to https://workgroup.stanford.edu
2. Find the workgroup.
3. Click the workgroup name link.
4. Click Administrators.
5. Locate Add Certificate as an Admin.
6. Enter certificate CN on the form to add certificate as an admin.
