Registry Integration Services

In September 2022, rates will change for several of the technology services provided by University IT. The university Registry represents a consolidated source of information from different campus source systems, and it also includes personal data entered by the individual.

To access this information, the campus community and university business systems use University IT's Registry Integration Services to manage enterprise data about people, organizations, courses, workgroups, and authority.

  1. Review the MaIS Data Usage and Integration Policies.
  2. Determine service and/or data integration requirements. Some questions to consider:
    • What's the data input and output?
    • Is there any data transformation?
    • How often will data be updated?
    • Are there any data authentication or authorization requirements?
