Overview
There are many opportunities for staff to improve their project management and business analysis skills. UIT's Technology Training group regularly offers classes in project management skills and best practices, as well as a PMP "bootcamp" for those preparing to sit for the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
See the Technology Training group's course offerings.
UIT Project Managers must be PMI-certified as a Project Management Professional or a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or obtain certification within their first year of service.
