Project Management in University IT

The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for establishing project management standards and procedures applicable across all of University IT. Elements of this responsibility include:

  • Defining and documenting UIT’s use of the Project Management functions of the ServiceNow PPM module
  • Providing standardized templates for various project documents
  • Providing best practice recommendations for planning, executing, and tracking projects in UIT
  • Providing Job Aids for standardized processes
