Mobile Approval Option Now Available for PCard Approvers

Ready to take financial approvals to the next level? In the recently launched Stanford Mobile Approvals app, you'll find new features and a more intuitive user experience.

Improvements to the overall experience

In addition to adding PCard transaction approvals, the mobile app now showcases a refreshed home page and includes enhancements for PCard approvers. These improvements are designed to help you work more efficiently.

• Mobile Approval app enhancements: When you open the Stanford Mobile Approvals app, you’ll immediately notice an enhanced home page that displays the various transaction types available to you.
• New return reason functionality: If you need to return a PCard transaction to the verifier, you’ll now have the ability to select return reasons which can help clarify the needed next steps. Learn more about enhancements to the PCard module on the Fingate website.
