Dear Colleagues,
As resources are diverted to address efforts related to the COVID-19 crisis, UIT is placing a number of projects on hold. To track these projects, we have established an On Hold protocol effective April 1.
Protocol for Projects Placed On Hold:
Project managers whose projects have been placed on hold are asked to update their project records per instructions in the document “Protocol for Projects Placed On Hold” located on the PPM Training and Documentation page at https://uitcommunity.stanford.edu/ppm/training
Please continue to submit weekly Status Reports for these projects to provide updates regarding any changes to the Hold status.
Note that the urgent need to flag On Hold projects led us to adopt a relatively ‘low tech’ solution that avoids system customization. It will be important for project managers to follow the protocol exactly as specified in order to generate accurate reports related to these projects.
