StanfordYou is currently unavailable in preparation for Stanford’s launch of Sequoia on July 6. StanfordYou will be available again starting July 6, 2026.
- Some actions that were available via StanfordYou remain supportable through accounts.stanford.edu, such as resetting your password.
- Only critical actions (updates to home and mailing address, emergency contacts, work-related visibility settings, or AlertSU mobile phone selection) will be supported during the downtime. All other updates will be on hold until Sequoia launches on July 6. To request support, submit a help ticket on the Services and Support portal.

StanfordYou is a web application that allows Stanford community members to update their contact information and SUNet accounts, including their password, vacation auto reply, profile, and privacy settings.
