Getting started
- How does my business unit request a PPM as a service account?

To request a demo of ServiceNow PPM, or implementation for your business unit, submit Help request.
- Where can I find the terms and conditions for PPM as a Service?

The terms and conditions of the PPM as a Service are reviewed with a client after the Demo. To request a Demo or a meeting with the PMO representative, submit a Help request.
- How much is the PPM as a service cost?

- Is there onboarding training for new PPM users?

Yes, upon completion of the onboarding, the PMO and the ServiceNow Project team will provide training for your team
Annual service renewal, billing and licensing
- What is the often billing cycle for licenses?

Your business unit will be charged every month.
- Can we terminate the license at any time?

Licenses are purchased annually and do not permit ad hoc termination. During the annual licensing period, license ownership may be transferred to another user within a business unit.
- How do I renew my licenses?

Licenses are auto-renewed on an annual basis.
- How do I reduce the number of licenses?

Clients may reduce their total number of licenses by submitting a Help request no later than July 1 of the current year. These changes will take effect on September 1 of the same year. Additional licenses can be added at any time during the contract year, with the increased cost reflected in the following month's bill.
Terminating an account
- How far in advance does my business unit need to notify the PPM ServiceNow Business Operations team about terminating the service?

The service auto-renews annually unless the business unit submits a Help request for service cancellation no later than July 1 of the current year. Before terminating the service, please refer to your business unit's Service Agreement for more details on the terms and conditions.
