What we do
The Business Systems and Processes team owns and provides vision for IT Services' key internal business systems and coordinates the re-engineering of IT Services' business processes through the Atlas project.
In addition to leading the Atlas project, the team's activities over time include:
- Specifying system requirements, selecting system vendors, and mapping business process workflow.
- Collaborating across IT Services to gather and report metrics for continuous improvement, accountability, and ongoing governance.
