Effective Wednesday, May 4, 2016, messages coming from an @stanford.edu email account will never go to your Clutter folder.
University IT has been receiving feedback that some important Stanford messages were ending up in some recipients' Clutter folders. To prevent you from missing messages from your Stanford colleagues that were inappropriately directed to your Clutter folder, we are preventing Stanford's Office 365 email from directing any message from an @stanford.edu email to a Clutter folder.
Most people don't need to take any action.
If you had previously "trained" your email to automatically move emails from a particular @stanford.edu email account to your Clutter folder and do not want those emails to now arrive in your inbox, you will need to create an email rule that directs those messages elsewhere.
