Requirements
- An active SUNet ID
- Users will be configured with their SUNetID@stanford.edu for their account
- Users will be added to enforce the single sign-on (SSO) policy
Data security
May be used to store High Risk Non-PHI Data, as defined by the Information Security Office.

Note: University IT staff can request a license by submitting a Help request to the Vendor Management team.
Get started
Users are assigned to specific Tableau sites by Tableau Site Administrators. Please contact your site admin group for product access.
If you're a new user requesting access to existing sites or the setup of a new site for your group or department, submit a Help request to the Site Administrator(s).
Note to Site Administrators: Site administrators must inform Tableau Org Admins if a site will no longer be used, ensuring its original purpose is addressed. Once a site is deleted, it cannot be recovered from the archive. Please make sure to verify before submitting a site removal request.
